Manage and oversee the moving company throughout the transition
Handle all the administrative tasks related to your relocation including utilities, postal services, subscriptions, create change of address cards, selling of car or other large items

- The Elder Care Locator- a public service of the US Administration on Aging that finds resources for older adults, caregivers, and professionals across a broad array of needs. - Supplemental Security Income (SSI) – a program administered by the Social Security Administration it provides needed financial assistance to adults aged 65+ with financial limitations. To learn more go to www.ss.gov or call (800) 772-1213. Some states will supplement this program as well.
- US Administration on Aging – can also provide needed financial assistance for utility bills, home health care transportation and food. Contact them at (800) 677-1116 or at www.eldercare.gov and AARP at www.aarp.org
