Madison, NJ is a lesser well known town along the Midtown direct train line in New Jersey- yet provides many of the features home buyers are looking for; ease of commute to Manhattan, thriving downtown center, well rated schools, and beautiful housing inventory. It is located in Morris County which has more favorable real estate taxes than Essex or Union Counties. For all of these reasons Madison’s property values are pretty steep.
