For many of us hardworking Realtors, 2012 has been a far more active year compared to the last two prior years. This activity has resulted in lower inventories, changing it from a pure buyer’s market into a more balanced market between buyers and sellers.
For me, it has been a huge growth opportunity. Thanks to all of my selling clients (who let me do my marketing magic) and my buyer clients (who are motivated, sincere and well-qualified) for their business. Their support has helped me make it into the Coldwell Banker “Top Ten Club” for a second time in 2012.
The saying “do what you love so you can love what you do” has always worked for me… and I guess it shows.
