It is so gratifying to get so much positive response not only from the people who took our recent luxury home tour, but from members of our local community. Thank you Village Green for writing this feature on our recent “Brooklyn West” luxury home tour.
I am passionate about assisting first time home buyers to see how incredible our two towns are and the amazing amenities they offer their residents. Maplewood has more awareness with this group, but this tour helped to elevate South Orange’s presence on the buyers’ radar. The boxed lunches from Town Hall Deli helped to seal their new found love for South Orange. We toured an equal number of homes in both towns and gave them a tour of the two downtowns as well.
We worked extra hard to make this tour a success, which is no easy feat when you are trying to get fickle Millenials to commit. We have been receiving email from “Brooklynites” who were not unable to make the tour, asking when we will be doing the tour again. Again? I am just catching my breath from this one… but I think we now have to make this a regular event. So watch for our next luxury tour in spring 2016.
